  1. Prep Ingredients: Peel garlic cloves and wipe chilis and deseed chiles.
  2. Frying Ingredients: Fry garlic in a frying pan of olive oil until the outer skin is brown. Strain garlic out and set aside.  Add chiles to frying pan and fry lightly. Once fried, put garlic, chilis, and oil into blender. Blend and add cumin and salt to taste .
  3. Use Chile Oil on: Tacos, Soups, Chips etc.
