Tacos de Alambre is a taco consisting of grilled beef, chopped bacon, chorizo, peppers, onions, Oaxaca cheese. It is served with corn tortillas with salsa and garnishes.

0/0 steps made- Preparing the Meat: Put the steak in a bowl and sprinkle some salt over it. Dice up 5-6 limes and squeeze the juice over the meat. Mix and let rest.
- Cook your’e Bacon: 1.Cook the bacon down. 2. Add the chorizo. 3. Add the beef. Add the red and green peppers, serrano peppers, and onions and cook down.
- Add the Cheese: Once the meat is cooked, add a generous topping of cheese, cover, and cook for another 10-20 minutes.
- Preparing Your Taco: 1. Chop up your tacos garnishes. (Cilantro, Avocado, Onion, Limes) 2. Put scoops of meat and cheese onto warm tortillas and garnish. This taco tastes great with any or all of our salsa recipes (Salsa Verde, Salsa de Guajillo y Arbol, Flame Broiled Salsa de Molcajete)
