- Cooking the Eggs: Fry the eggs to your preference. Heat the rice and beans separately. When the eggs are cooks set them to the side and throw your tortillas on the pan and slice up your garnishes.
- Preparing the Tacos: Spread the beans and rice over the heated tortilla, then the egg, onions, cilantro, papalos leaves, and then drizzle your favorite salsa over it.
