Lightly fried and then boiled in salsa verde, Tacos de Pollo Verde is an easy but really really tasty way to prepare chicken for your tacos.

- Prep your Salsa: Wash your onions, garlic, tomatillo, cilantro, peppers and put to the side.
- Boil and Blend: Put a pot of water over the flames. add your onions, garlic, and peppers. Once boiled take off flames . Put onions, garlic, and peppers in a blender with cilantro, cumin, salt. Blend and put to the side.
- Cook Chicken: Wash your chicken. Heat a pot up with a little oil and then add chicken and cook until crisp and brown.
- Add Salsa to Chicken: Add salsa to the chicken and cook for 20 minutes. Once salsa has turns a darker green take off flame and set to the side.
- Prep Garnish and Serve: Chop your cilantro, onions, avocados, and tomatoes. Heat your tortillas and serve.
